DIY anti-cellulite peeling – natural, fragrant and effective

Cellulite follows many women, but with proper treatment at home, you can make the skin smooth, toned and silky.

Ingredients:

½ cup freshly ground coffee (or coffee grounds)

¼ cup coconut oil (or olive oil)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon of rosemary or grapefruit essential oil

Preparation and use:

Mix all the ingredients into a thick paste.

In the shower, apply in circular motions on the thighs, buttocks and upper arms.

Massage for about 5 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
